Down Syndrome Day - Rock Your Socks

March 21 is World Down Syndrome Day!
Rock Your Socks! Wear colorful, mismatched socks to show your support and start conversations about diversity and inclusion.
This special day is all about celebrating inclusion, kindness, and the amazing contributions of people with Down syndrome. The date (3/21) represents Trisomy 21, which is the extra copy of the 21st chromosome that makes people with Down syndrome unique.
We believe in creating a world where everyone feels valued and included. World Down Syndrome Day is a chance to learn, spread awareness, and show our support for individuals with Down syndrome in our school and beyond!
